Setting forth what he tasked himself to do, Syaoran travels among different dimensions to be able to secure each and every one of Sakura’s feathers, even though he knows that the price he has to pay to Yuuko is Sakura’s memory of him. It’s quite obvious in the series and in the manga that Syaoran will do anything just to be gather all the feathers and give them back to Sakura.

Throughout their journey, Syaoran found himself being more and more sadded to know that eventually, Sakura will not remember him after her feathers are collected. But, that didn’t stop him from traveling still. Being an excellent fighter even with his right eye blind, Syaoran eventually learns how to use the sword, in courtesy of Kurogane, who taught him how to use it since they were in the country of Oto where they bought their swords.

Syaoran is Sakura’s childhood friend, and is an archeologist. Together with his men, they search the ruins of the Clow Kingdom as his foster father, Fujitaka, believed that there is something hidden underneath the ruins. When his foster father died, he continued on his work, being rather interested in it even in such an early age.
