Kurogane, a ninja whose goal was to become the strongest one there is. In his country that is… When he was deported by Princess Tomoyo to Yuuko, he had no choice but to lay low with the killings. If not, his strenght will only grow weaker… Being a fighter, Kurogane’s alter system are always at high and he senses tell him things. One of which is Syaoran’s blind right eye and his fighting strategy. Another is Fay’s true fighting capabilities. When he left the his home country, he had with him his precious sword, Ginryu. Upon leaving Yuuko, he had nothing; paying the sword to the dimensional witch to be able to travel along with the others in order to return to his country.

One can say that he is like the father of the group, taking care of everyone, making sure that what one needs, one gets; even though he would eventually be irritated with it.

His loyalty to Princess Tomoyo and his wanting to go back to his own country is what forces him to move on and eventually help Syaoran and the others.
