Card Captor Sakura wasn’t really my favorite anime before though my older sister had mentioned before during the time that she was bringing home VHS tapes that she rented, she had me watch CCS. Though, as she had stated, I wasn’t interested in it and that I just slept through the whole thing. But, the time that I was browsing the net, I saw a lot of CCS sties and suddenly grew a liking to the anime. That was when I had started collecting pictures from the internet, being scolded by my parents because I take a lot of time in the internet and that they had to pay MORE than what they were supposed to… ^^; I had also started collection other stuff like soundtracks, dolls (kero doll to be exact… ^^), gashapons and other stuff.

The time that I saw my older sister’s webpage about You’re Under Arrest since she did manage a mailing list before, I was amused and had the sudden attack to make one like it. That was when I had created the very first layout which had contained nothing but tables, pictures, and very, very few information. Until such a time that I was ready to upload it, geocities didn’t show it or I wasn’t uploading things the right way. I got pissed off and left it alone. Surfing the net a few weeks after got me motivated to restart the website project and make a more complicated one, for me during that time. And so, the birth of Tomoeda Elementary.

After a time, I had noticed that the site had already grew and had continued to grow, I had changed the name to Tomoeda, removing Elementary to the fact that it’s not only the school who is involved in my informations. Everyone is.

Since I had started Tomoeda, I had already been motivated to create layouts as it became a hobby to me to the fact that whenever I’m free or can think of nothing to do, I usually think of a new layout whether I’ll be changing or not. This is another reason why I had chosen my current specialization which focuses on the multimedia aspect of computers.

The time that Tsubasa Chronicles had started to be advertised all over the web, it had started to renew my obssession in CCS which was lost for a few months because of all the projects that were slammed to our faces then. At first, I had planned on fixing up a different site for TRC. But, I thought, I may not be able to maintain all these sites. So, I placed it aside and worked on it if I had some extra time off Tomoeda and my other offline stuff. I had then came to a conclusion, since almost everyone is adding in TRC to their CCS sites, I might as well add in all the things that I had in my previous on haitus TRC site which was then named Yume Ni Tsubasa. And so, the rebirth of Tomoeda as an entrance to different gateways, not only the blog that I had also placed in, but also towards the different dimensions that TRC holds.

[ 04.30.07 ] Now, Tomoeda is still continuing to grow further. I do not plan to add anything that has to do with graphics in this site like most had done. But, I intend to share what we learn in school, as in using the different multimedia programs that we learn to use a put up a tutorial here in the site. Although that idea is still on haitus.
